I was flipping through the previous issues and came across Mike’s cardio program. I was wondering if anyone has done this program and if so how effective it is.
Ive tried a couple of these programs, I especially like the heavy bag version. after a couple of minutes of hitting a bag my arms could sure feel it. The version where you run on the track and stop and do some lighter db lifts and body squats gets you some looks from others but who cares what the skinny long distance runners think.
