Mike Mahler & others--protein powder to use with legumes

I like to eat big servings of various lentils and beans. I’m looking for a very low carb protein powder made from grain that would complement legumes for a complete protein. DiPasquale thinks that eating different vegetable sources in the same meal for a complete protein has a greater anabolic effect than eating them in different meals. Anyone know a good choice?
