First bench press workout of my 10 week cycle
Narrow grip bench
Hammer strength shoulder press
Last set triple drop set
Dont remember weights
Looking to hit within the 285 to 300 range at the end of my cycle hopefully.
Next workout will be a deadlift session with some light chest and heavy shoulders/tris!

Mondays deadlift workout turned out to be a light bench and shoulder day. I was sooo sick so i called it quits during my warmup pulls. /:
Wednesday april 3rd
High bar close stance pause squats
300x1 Easy PR
Reverse grip bb rows
Last set triple drop
Second squat workout of my cycle went very smooth squats feel really strong and explosive, and the pause squats are definitely helping my explosiveness greatly!
Next week is 325 lbs for 5x3 CAKE!!!
