Hey. I guess I'd like to introduce myself. I've been working out for a bit longer than a year. I'm 15 years old, 5'8, and 122 pounds. I have a small build, but that's no excuse for not getting big and strong. Before I started lifting, I was very weak and small(not that I'm a giant now). I like to think I've made some progress, as I've gained around 15 pounds.
First few months, I trained stupid. Only bench presses and curls, but I've wised up and started incorporating the other big compound lifts. One thing I truly appreciate is how awesome it is to have even a moderate amount of strength. I've grown more self confident and am happier with myself as a result.

This is my workout for today.
Every workout I add 5 pounds to certain sets. Week 3 I add 5 pounds to sets 4&5. Week 4 add 5 to sets 2&3. Week 3 add 5 to first set. At week 4, each set will have 5 more pounds. Process is repeated.
First time doing cleans.
Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
