Midpoint Benching Help!

I am having trouble at the midpoint on the flat barbell bench. That’s where I stall.


Board presses set to where I stall sound good? Would that be enough? I’m currently doing 5x5 incline bench monday and 1x5 incline friday. Should I start board presses on friday? Will I need to do full ROM benching at all?

Do i use a pause or no pause?

I heard paused benching can help the place where you pause(beginning)

-Board presses
-Speed benches
-Rack lockouts with the pins set where you stall
