Midnight Munchies!!

no,i havent just smoked a big fattie,but thought id share a wiked snack i just whipped up.

i took half a cup of organic wholemeal flour,150mls low fat choc soy milk,2 large egg whites,and a big scoop of chocolate whey protein powder.beat it,then threw in a handful of frozen raspberries and made a couple of kick ass pancakes,topped it with some passion fruit frozen yogurt mmmm…as ivegot a heavt session in the gym tomorrow,may have to have it again for breaky!
