I’ve seen many people complain about lower back pain during Overhead/Military Presses. In my case however, the pain, or should I say soreness, is at my mid/upper back. I suspect it’s because I hyperextend my upper back when I’m pressing the weight upwards. Any way to prevent this? I tried leaning forward, but it didn’t work. Have slight lordosis btw.
