When I do cardio, i usually do it right after I lift. should I take my protein inbetween lifting and cardio, or after cardio? any insight would be greatly appreciated.
How long and what type is your cardio session?
If its moderate low intensity cardio sure slam that shake. The cardio may even help pump the old blood round. though you probably wont digest much until you stop the cardio anyhow.
If you are doing something High impct like HIIT which I wouldnt suggest after lifting, I wouldnt simply for the fact you would probably blow that stuff right back up.
Or you could simply take that Protein in before and during weights. Problem solved. Then more after it all is up.
