Mid Trap Pain on Squats

This isn’t anything serious, just a mild nuisance. But whenever I squat, somehow I manage to strain my mid trap like half the time. Think right under my armpit level.

I prefer lowbar, I had some back issues and it was/is the best variation for me.

Any tweaks or fixes I could try?

Don’t do too much extension of your lower back.

Hmm I don’t feel like I extend too much, but I’ll have my roommate record it next time and take a look, thanks!
