Mid-Back Sprain, Should I Bench?

I pulled something in my mid back during my last workout doing deadlifts and I have a workout tommorrow that involves BB and DB benching. I’m concerned with this specifically because the back is tightened during bench and I’m not sure if I should sit this one out and recover instead.

Fair enuff. I worked out today and the back definitely felt pressure during benching, but did not get worse.
