I personally wouldn't cook meat in a microwave. I've never looked into it, I just wouldn't do it. Veggies and such I routinely do in the microwave, a good breakfast option is an omelette bowl.
-Some eggs/egg whites
-Veggies of choice
-Already cooked meat (chicken, ground beef, whatever)
Cover with paper towel and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes.
