When I was 27% body fat, everyone told me that I was already in good shape, and was crazy to try to lose weight because I didn’t NEED to.
At 20%, I became one of “those women”. I see the dirty looks they give me, and I’ve heard some of the snide comments they make about me when they think I can’t hear.
I’m pretty sure that I’m quickly approaching shallow, superficial cunt status now that I’m dipping below 20%.
