Metldown - Time of Day and Meal Timing

How rigid has everyone been about what time of day they perform their Meltdown training? And how do you fit it in around your meals?

Anyone try doing it first thing in the morning? Is before breakfast going to be totally counterproductive? Is soon after breakfast going to guarantee spewing up across the gym floor?

What do you feel to be the most productive “schedule” (meals, training, sleep) for a typical Meltdown workout day?
