Methoxy Challenge-Methoxy administration

I remember this question being asked before, but I can’t find it for the life of me! Do we need to hold the Methoxy solution under our tongues for 30 seconds, or is the new formula different in that we can just swallow our dosage? I believe B.Roberts said we didn’t have to hold it under our tongue, but I just want to make sure. Thanks!!!

What does the bottle say? SHeesh, just look at the freakin bottle. Bill was talking about Mag10 not Methoxy.

I think Bill has also written that it’s not necessary to hold Methoxy under your tongue.

You don’t have to but I do it anyway cause the taste is so pleasant. Mmm…
