Just a quick one: I’m taking my Methoxy-7 twice daily with food as per label recommendations. In these meals, I’m including a fiber supplement since I’m on pretty low carbs. Will this fiber in any way inhibit absorption of the Methoxy-7? Thanks for your help.
The fiber should in no way impair absorption. You should be fine!
