Sorry to be repetitive, but you NEED to watch what you eat. Create a spreadsheet if you must, but do something. If you’re taking in calories in excess of your RMR, not matter what cutting supps. you’re taking; it won’t matter. Those supps. or only effective and should be used to support your cutting or fat loss diet. I bet you would lose a percentage or two by the right diet alone, w/out the supps.
