Russ, you can find out how to create a food log by typing “food log” into the T-Mag search engine and reading the article that comes up. It’s by Chris Shugart, and tells you everything you need to know. As for online stuff, typing “online food log” or something similar into the forum search engine will give you some choices.
I think that one percent a month is very doable - especially since you haven’t been keeping particularly accurate track of your food intake up to this point. Good luck.
