Decided to begin training my squat with the Texas method. Seems like a tried and true intermediate program for the squat. The rest of my lifts I think I will just do whatever

Started with the recovery day squats since I was still sore from the 3x5 previously. I figure I’ll do a 1x5 next workout, then I can take 80-90% of that for the following 5x5.
