Guys, have any of you used metformin for any reason? I’m looking for all accounts of use here b/c I want to know if it has any place in bodybuilding. Thanks.
Never tried it, but its utility is limited to fat loss/weight loss (my opinion) due to its anorectic effect.If you were to make a drug pyramid like Bill Phillips’s supplement pyramid ,metformin would be near the bottom.
On second thought the pyramid analogy doesn’t work very well, especially since I screwed up and said bottom instead of top but its limited usefullness remains.
