In an earlier column, Brian suggested that Metformin be used in conjunction with clen and cytomel. Has anyone tried this? What are the optimal dosages and times? Do carbs need to be taken with Metformin? I am doing the Fat Fast program this week, and I was wondering if adding Metformin to the mix will help. I am planning to do 2 days on, 2 days off alternating with the cytomel and Dymetadrine 25. Would Metformin help.
Any help that anyone could give me on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
