I am interested in using metformin to improve nutrient partitioning. From the linked thread and from other sources it seems that the only downsides to metformin use are:
The rare cases of lactic acidosis which can be prevented by proper hydration and avoiding alcohol.
Gastro-intestinal distress for some users.
A potential suppression of free testosterone in some men.
If anyone has used metformin or has any good information I would be very grateful for your help.
