Not sure where to post this really … nutrition seems close enough so here goes.
Recently I started noticing a bitter/metallic aftertaste after eating. It’s fairly subtle, so at first I thought it might be my imagination … but now it’s getting a bit more noticeable and seems to be lasting longer too.
I’ll see a doc of course if it doesn’t go away soon … but in the meantime I’m wondering if anyone knows what might be the cause? My diet hasn’t changed recently and I’m certainly not in ketosis. It’s getting quite annoying, and I’m getting a little concerned too.
