We all know that eating food increased metabolism…I’ve also heard that drinking water may spark your metabolism for a bit. but
My question is, in consuming a meal like a protein shake that is basically in the form of a liquid like water are you still increasing your metabolism through this.
Basically, do you have to have digest calories (like a shake in form of liquid or any time of food) to increase your metabolism) or do you just have to stick to whole foods for your digesion system be enabled to digest it.
