And I don’t think the labels are similar at all. They’re VERY different.
Better for what? Each supplement has a complete article describing what it’s for, what’s in it, etc. Check those articles out.
And while you’re at it, look at the sugars content.
Like said, they’re not even close in terms of nutritional profile, ingredients or purpose.
