I made this “ice cream” recently:
Tip: Make Protein Powder Ice Cream - Biotest. I have a sweet tooth but have cut back significantly on sugar recently and this ice cream is helping satisfy my craving for desert after dinner. It isn’t really ice cream but its a hell of a lot better tasting than that crap in the supermarket that tries to fill this niche (Halo Top, Arctic Zero, etc.)
Instead of chocolate syrup put Metabolic Drive chocolate in John Meadows concoction bowl. IF you can find the cream of rice cereal. Mmmm…mmmm…
