Metabolic Drive Oatmeal Raisin Cookie

3 packs of kashi vanilla oatmeal
2 scoops vanilla Low-Carb Metabolic Drive
1 serving Superfood (optional, made without yesterday)
1 whole egg
1/8 cup EVOO
1/4 cup raisins
1 scoop supercarb or splenda

mix dry ingredients, then wet…add egg whites to combind, the amount varies.

preheat oven 350, bake 8-10 min. use foil on cookie sheet to have less mess.

quick, very easy, little mess, tastes amazing!

I take it this requires heat treatment of some kind. Deep frying, perhaps? Sounds quick, like your recipe.

1 scoop of splenda? What is the size of your “scoop”?

the “one scoop” was in reference to the supercarb. For splenda I would use 1-2tbsp

made 4 LARGE cookies this time, nice and chewy!

I’m going to try these, thanks. I’m adding blueberries and sliced almonds instead of raisins, I’ll post how it turns out.
