Metabolic Drive Muscle Growth Protien

Any advice here is welcome, but this stuff gives me really bad gas. Anyone else out there have this kind of reaction to drinking this protein? And no I don’t add milk, just water! What is the deal?

If I have more than 1 serving a day, it clears me out… literally. Maybe the fiber?

Is this the first time you’ve tried increasing overall protein intake? I use MD, pure whey and pure casein. Don’t have a problem with any of them. However, if you’re just starting protein supplements, your body may take some time to get used to them.

maybe if fiber is new to you, lol… I freakin’ love MD Muscle Growth though. I have it for breakfast a lot because I’m too lazy to cook.

MD Muscle Growth on the rocks is amazing, goes down smooth.

It definitely digests a bit differently for me than my usual Low-carb variety, but it does leave you feeling more full for a while. If it is indeed the fiber that is throwing you for a loop, I’m sure a couple of weeks and your system will adjust.
