A little info on me. I started lifting in 2000, and went from 5 ft. 8 in and 140 lbs to 180 lbs in 2 years. After a knee injury I never got back into the swing of lifting again. After seven years, lots of liquor and bad habits I was at a plump and buttery 215. In 2008 I started training (cardio only) to get into the Marine Corps. After becoming a Marine, I maintained a weight of about 190-195 and approximately 16-18% body fat; no where where I should or wanted to be.
To the current day... I started lifting again in February 2011. After doing some research, I decided to try Metabolic Drive: Low Carb based off of recommendations from several sources to include AskMen.com.
Right now, after 9 weeks of hard training followed by a SINGLE scoop of Metabolic Drive after each workout, I am down to 185 lbs and approximately 10% body fat.
