Metabolic Drive Complete Questions

Hi, I’ve got a few questions about Metabolic Drive Complete.

  1. How long after mixing it should it be drunk? Can I keep it for a while or is it a mix and drink straight away job?

  2. Does the temp of the water matter? Can I use ice cold water (or maybe even a few ice cubes), or is a warmer water better?

  3. Does the amount of water used matter a lot? I find it a little think using the suggested amount, so wondered if it’d matter if I used more?

Sorry if these sound like retarded questions, or if they’ve been asked before.

Cheers,

Short of boiling-hot water (and maybe even that), any temperature is fine. This goes for pretty much any protein powder, creatine, fiber, etc… supplements.

You could take it without water if you wanted, but it would suck. Put in as much water as you want. Or milk, or iced tea, or juice…

You can blend in fruit, peanut butter, vegetables, etc…

I guess it all boils down to this: it’s a protein shake, not rocket science.

(and regarding when you should drink it… I think it’s okay to mix it up to a day (or two with refrigeration) beforehand, but I always mix mine just before I drink it)

I am taking Metabolic Drive Complete and the only problem I have with it is that it take me so long to drink it.

It is usually my quick breakfast and I get like half way done with it and the rest takes me like an hour to finish.

Taste is pretty good though.

2 what ever floats your boat

3 no thins it thats about it more total volume same stuff
