So is this correct:

Start-up phase

18xbodyweight
low carb high protein/fat on weekdays
high carb on weekends

last 2-4 weeks

bulk phase
25xbodyweight
same as above in what eating guidelines are

is this correct? really I just want to bulk with this diet right now so these 2 phases are the only ones i'm concerned with
