Messed Up, Lifting 2 Months

5'7 132 lbs 24% body fat..
Started lifting 2 months ago..
Mainly lifts the basics: squats,benchpress,deadlifts,dips, bbrows,latpulldowns,overheadpress..
Does progressive loading..
Eats a lot..

Any suggestions,tips,advice?

Get on an actual program, stick with it for a while, eat.

Reading the stickies would also help. Also search function helps as well.
