Bummer. Check the mattress if not upgrade to a better one. The chiropractor didn’t work? When I developed my back problems back in late 08 I went straight to the chiropractor. Almost two grand later, I’m back to some heavy ass rows again. Not as stupidly as I use to but heavy enough to let the plates ring!
