I've been asked by two of my son's friends to help them start training. They are both 18 or 19 years old. I am not a trainer but would like to help be a mentor and get them headed in the right direction. I was going to start with basic compound lifts but wondered about rep and set scheme.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Is there one of your programs that you think would be good for them. I am going to be working out with them so I would like the program to be effective for me as well. I am currently using your new layer system.
