what do u guys do to mentally prepare for a game??? ie. a basketball game, football game, etc.??
sit back and feel confident that you are much bigger and stronger than before
turn on my music and say nothing for a few hours, remember the basic fundimentals of the game , and that if i like it or not im gonna be on the ice (im a goalie) in a short time
