Mens Health or Muscle & Fitness?

Which of the two, or another one, is better?

and by the way how come the 30 most discussed topics dont appear anymore?

Which is better, AIDS or Syphillis ?

I like mens health. I buy it every month.

Probably syphillis…so therefore that is Muscle and Fitness

MILO

My brother sent me about a dozen M&F mags a few months ago. They’re great. I load them into a backpack when I go for weighted walks.

…you should also put them to use on the ‘right way to poop’ thread.

I don’t really mind them. I don’t think there’s a lot of great training information (although you do get some decent tidbits from time to time), there’s just a lot of shit in there and every once in a while you can pull out something useful. I think the more you read, the more you learn, even if you are disagreeing with something.

Also, it makes for good, light reading when you’re on the shitter.

Men’s Health is good. They have some decent training and nutrition tips and their articles are usually better than average.

mens health

muscle and fitness is less useful to me.

I think Men’s Fitness is better than both. I’ll pick up a copy every once in a while. Alwyn Cosgrove used to write for Men’s Fitness quite often and posted some pretty decent routines and advice.

When I first got into health and fitness (8th grade), I picked up a copy of Men’s Fitness. It helped me learn quite a bit and change my habits at the time and get in shape. I subscribed to it for quite a few years. It was one of those magazines that had good, sound advice and some pretty basic exercise ideas and beliefs.

I found it much more helpful than Men’s Health or Muscle & Fitness. Men’s Health has too much crap in it (clothing advice, sex advice, style advice, etc.). It was like Cosmo for guys.

It depends on what you’re looking for. Are you looking for pictures of men in homosexual positions or bad training advice? They have a bit of both, but you might be able to narrow it down based on your goals.

Muscular Development.

I’ve seen some snap shots of you and your place. Maybe a little male Cosmo wouldn’t hurt:)

LOL! Hey man, my garage is a man’s garage! It may not be pretty, but it’s functional and clean!

Now that is definitely close to gay porn.

Have you even looked at that magazine in the last couple of years? Considering half of their mags are filled with artist renderings that go along with overused studies they post in it, I will assume you haven’t. Actually look at a copy and get back to me if you feel the same.

I’ve looked at it once in the last year or two.

Let me take a second lookie!

Men’s Fitness has a column by Cosgrove, and he writes alot of articles for them also. I like this the best out of conventional newstand mags.

MensHealth has many articles by Mejia, but they have so much yuppie bullshit that it hurts.
