Men's Fitness Blurb

This month’s Men’s Fitness has a blurb about Prison Break actor Wentworth Miller, in which they ask him what he does to stay in shape.

Now, for those of you who watch the show, you are probably as confused as I am at why he would be the subject matter. For those who don’t watch the show, just go to a pool and find a 12 year old boy and you’ll see a pretty good example of his build.

I’ve spent the better part of my 30’s trying everything I can to NOT to have a build like that, and Men’s Fitness targets th guy!

I just thought it was funny.

I watched the first episode. Does he play the main character? I thought there were a few guys with good builds in the show, but not him.

What was his answer?

“I don’t eat. Or work out. Ever.”

That would be my guess.

That prison guy seemed pretty ripped to me.
He was scary as hell when he went after Nick Nolte and family.

He was a pretty decent size in Blade Trinity

wentworth miller wasnt in blade, this guy was

I think you’re right. Obviously, he’s a hero to high school boys everywhere…

That pic of him kind of reminded me of another pic…

That’s actually pretty close. He said he had put on a few pounds last year, blah blah.

I’d guess he weighs about a buck fifty.

You other guys have him confused with other characters on the show, who do not look like they were stranded on an island for two years.

His answer was something about eating less. Not kidding. No mention at all of working out or exercise. Why they even printed this, I don’t know.

Sideshow Bob.

Give the guy a break. He’s gay. Gay guys can’t get muscular- it’s out of fashion for them.

Yup. Sideshow Bob. He wanted to kill Bart for sending him to prison.

Huh, I was thinking Cape Fear. Maybe this Bob and Bart thing is a spoof of that. Deniro was ripped for that role and chased Nolte and family on a houseboat.

Sideshow Bob strapped himself to the underside of the car, Homer then went over speed bumps and throught a field of catcus plants before getting to the house boat !!! it was as funny as fuck.

De Niro played a good role in the remake of Cape Fear, was a good movie as the original was, he had a believable physique in it as well, tough bastard as well, took a bit to kill him.
