I will have a menisectomy around the last week of august and was wondering how long it takes to get back to legs training. The surgery is on the right knee on the medial meniscus (complex tear on the anterior horn).
I know it depends a lot on the individual and the degree of the tear, but I want to here from some folks who got this surgery and are now back to some serious legs training. Thanks.
