Hi All,
A few weeks back, whenever someone gave me a task at work which I thought was either going to take a long time to complete or to start, I’d say to them “I’ll get back to you Barry”.
After a while I started to wonder where on Earth I’d picked up this saying. A few more weeks passed and then I realised it was from the YoGo Gorilla adds in Oz from early 1990’s.
So around about 20years after these things were made I start using this expression…am I a slow learner?
Anyone else have anything like this happen?
