I do not do anything with customer service or know anything about this - you'd have to ask your question to the customer service. I ONLY handle training stuff - due to my normal work, family and training others. I wish I had an answer but have no idea.
The forum is only open now to few people due to the high demand and number of people that want to be on there. I do believe there is a question form that gets reviewed. It's simple/easy but we want to keep the forum as quality as possible.
