I started doing meltdown 1 and have been getting great results.

A woman friend of mine wants to try it as well. She’s very fit and a good athlete and is no stranger working hard in the gym.

Do you think there is anything about the program that would make it unadviseable for a woman to do it? Is there anything that should be changed for a T-vixen.

If she’s got some solid gym experience I doubt there would be a problem with it. Unless she has injuries or pains that prevent her from doing the listed exercises. Also if she’s self conscious about puking :wink:

What are her goals?
