Does anyone know what the optimal time frame between the AM and the PM workouts in the later Meltdown Training workouts would be? For example would it be ok for me to do the AM workout at 6:30 and then the PM workout at noon? Or would I be better off waiting until around 5:00 or 6:00 at night to do the PM workout? Sorry if this has been asked before, but the Search function doesn’t appear to be working for me today.
