Meltdown Training

I’m in my second week of the Meltdown Training" and it’s completely kicking my ass. I have been using anywhere from 50 - 80% of my 1 rep max’s on the deads, squats, push-press, etc… Trying to go up with each work-out. The article does not discuss weights to be used. Any feedback?

In a previous Iron Dog, he said to use 65-70 percent of your 1RM for the lifts.
