Meltdown Training

Ive been eating like t-dawg diet for 2 weeks, without the carb up untill this week. I went from 226-218. Then I read my t-mag and found meltdowntraining2 and the author said meltdown 1 gave great results to people…Have anyone here acheived good results? I dont like high reps or supersets… so I usually stick to lower reps (high Tension) I find this is good when on a low carb diet…
