With regards to the “Meltdown Training” article by Dan Alessi in Testosterone issue #6, how much rest do I take in between each workout? Is there a break between day 1 and day 2 or they to be performed two days in a row? (my legs are burning after day 1)
I would definitely suggest a day of rest between sessions. I’m planning on a two days on - since my boyfriend and I can work out together only on the weekends. However, it was stated that “Day 1 and Day 2 are to be repeated twice per week” - so you do the math as to how much rest you can take between each session.
