Meltdown Training

Hey T-Folks!!

I started Meltdown Training this morning (I almost puked) and I was wondering about the rest between workouts. Do I do day 1, take a day of rest, and then do day two and so on? Or do I do all 4 days in a row, then rest for 3 days? Any help would be appreciated.

id go every other day with some rope jumping on the off days. or push a wheel barrow or something.

I go two days, then one day off with some jump rope and GPP on the off day, then two days of meltdown again. Basically, mon., Tues.,thur.,fri. meltdown. Then on Wedsnday rope work with GPP. Saturday and sunday off.
