Meltdown Training

Hey Guys,

I’ve decided to do the Meltdown training for 6 weeks and Follow the “don’t diet” diet. Alessi says that I can do it for 6 weeks w/o changing the movements, does that mean that I’ll do week one, two, and three for two weeks each before moving on? Or does it mean I’ll do weeks one, two, three, then repeat? I am going to do a hybrid strength training program unless I can find a 3 day/week strenth program here, then Move on to GVT 2000. Does this sound like a decent plan to get my BF % from 22% to say… 15% at least? I would like to hit 12%… But Hey.
