I’m going to give meltdown training a GO, but I don’t understand when it says in week 3 you can do this in the morning before you eat on your OFF days. Is Don saying with doing meltdown traing 4 mornings a week, we can still lift weights during the week. The article led me to beleive that this “death circuit” is incorporating both areobic and anareobic in one and you lay off the heavy lifting for ever how long your on this program. Now if I have it wrong, what should my exercis, reps, sets, and rest periods be when I lift in the afternoon on the days I didn’t do meltdown training? Thanks guys.
