There was once a thread pertaining to this, but now it’s gone. What kind of results have you guys/gals gotten with Meltdown training? I thinking of going 3 weeks on it prior to my next Mag-10 cycle.
I’ve midway through my 3rd week of meltdown, and using mag-10 at the same time, have lost 3-4% bodyfat (started at 12-13% BF, now down to 9%).
I plan on doing this for another 3 weeks (Aiming for 5% BF).
Also using T2(old version),& adipokientix (sorry people I like the norephidrine).
