Hi. I'm just finishing the ABBH I and II series and I am still looking to add some more mass, especially in my legs, but I would also like to minimize fat (don't we all.....)
I was considering trying Meltdown training while still eating enough to gain. Has anyone tried this? Do you think it is a good idea?
I was also thinking of trying CT's Pillars of Strength to build up my legs. What have been people's experiences with this program?
