I just want to make sure I am understand it correctly. It states in Meltdown Training that days 1 and 2 are to repeated twice a week. Do you perform these exercises 2 consecutive days with one day rest in between (Mon. - day 1, Tue. - day 2, Wed. - rest, Thu. - day 1, Fri. - day 2), or do you perform the exercises every other day (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.)
I would appreciate a clarification.
